Common FAQ's

How do I know if I need a water treatment system?

The best way is to test your water. Common signs include hard water spots, low pressure, metallic taste, staining on fixtures, or odors. We offer easy water testing to identify the exact issues.

Do you treat well water or city water?

Yes — we specialize in both. Well water often needs iron removal, softening, or UV disinfection, while city water may need chlorine removal, PFAS filtration, or softening.

What is a water softener and do I need one?

A water softener removes calcium and magnesium that cause hard water. It prevents scale buildup, extends appliance life, and makes skin/hair feel softer. Great for most homes with hard water.

How much does a water treatment system cost?

Pricing varies based on your water issues and home size. After testing, we provide a custom quote with no obligation. Many systems are more affordable than you think with financing options available.

How long do filters and systems last?

Most whole-house systems last 10–20+ years with proper maintenance. Filters and media typically need replacement every 1–5 years depending on usage and water quality.

Is the treated water safe to drink?

Absolutely. Our systems are designed to make your water cleaner, safer, and better tasting. For the highest drinking water quality, we often recommend adding a reverse osmosis (RO) system at the kitchen sink.

How soon can you install a system?

Many systems can be installed within a week or two after your water test and quote approval. Emergency installs are available in some cases.
