Through years of hands-on plumbing work and helping local families across the Eastern Shore, Tyler saw firsthand how poor water quality was affecting homes & families in our area. In 2026, he reached out to his lifelong friend Matt, and together they founded Life Well Water Solutions — a water solutions company with a deep commitment to delivering clean, reliable water for our community.

  • Tyler Gilmore

    Master Plumber , Co-Founder

    Tyler earned his Master Plumber license in 2023 and brings over 8 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with water quality issues while helping countless families and homeowners across the Eastern Shore & Anne Arundel County. Driven by hard work and a desire to provide better service, Tyler eventually purchased Service Pro LLC, a company he still proudly operates today.

  • Matt Sovero

    Business Operations, Co-Founder

    Matt graduated from Towson University as a member of their Division 1 lacrosse team, earning a degree in Business Administration. He then entered the staffing industry, where he quickly advanced to Director of Operations. In that role, he developed a deep appreciation for the importance of speed, clear communication, delivering results, and building strong teams.
